Effective: October 17, 2026
This page exists for residents of California and other U.S. states whose laws give them the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information and of targeted advertising.
Our position
Freakin Review does not sell your personal information for money, and never has. We have not sold or shared personal information in the preceding 12 months for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age.
We do work with affiliate networks. When you click a link to a retailer, that retailer learns that you came from an affiliate. Under California law, certain data transfers made for cross-context behavioral advertising can qualify as “sharing”. Because we want you to have full control regardless of how these transfers are characterized, you may submit a Do Not Sell or Share request using this page.
What happens when you opt out
- Analytics cookies will not load on this browser.
- Affiliate attribution cookies will not load on this browser.
- We will not disclose your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Links to retailers will still work — you simply will not be tracked for advertising purposes. Because the choice is stored in your browser, clearing cookies will remove it and you may need to opt out again.
Submit your request
Fill in the form below. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and honor verified requests within 45 calendar days. You do not need an account to make this request, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
You may also email us directly at [email protected] with the subject line “Do Not Sell / Share Request”.
Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it automatically as a valid opt-out request — no form needed.
